Start your evening with our Pre-Theatre Menu served in The Saddle Room. Choose from a selection of delicious local starters, our take on the classics, a delicious vegan menu, and decadent desserts. Take your pick from our à la carte menu or enjoy our three-course menu from €47 pp. Pre-Theatre is available Monday – Sunday from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Sabrage Ritual
Choose a bottle of Champagne from The Shelbourne’s impressive menu and enjoy a demonstration of Sabrage, as the sommelier opens it by removing the cork and its glass collar with a single sweep of a ceremonial sabre. If you are brave enough, you can even try it yourself.
Classic Afternoon Tea
