He offers tailored classes, from high-intensity intervals to technique-focused boxing, helping clients achieve their goals. Understanding each individual’s uniqueness, Michel develops personalised plans for success, fostering physical strength, endurance, confidence, and accomplishment.
Zsófia is a certified Acroyoga Montreal teacher and a RYT Hatha Yoga teacher, she has experimented with many different styles of Yoga before settling with Hatha Yoga. Zsófia strongly believes that regular practice of yoga can substantially improve your quality of life, build self-confidence and help to prepare us to confront life’s challenges.
